Job summary

Sun Devil Auto is hiring a Transmission Builder for its Phoenix stores. Compensation ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.

The role requires at least five years rebuilding automatic transmissions, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience working on transmissions.
• At least five years of experience building common 4, 5 and 6 speed automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly and assembly of automatic transmissions.
• Transmission tear down and diagnosis.
• Parts pricing and ordering.
• Transmission troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.
