You will lead high-dimensional data analyses (scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, flow cytometry, spatial transcriptomics) and collaborate with CROs and academia to advance MoA insights and patient stratification, while

Qualifications

  • PhD or MD/PhD in Immunology, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related field.
  • 5+ years in biopharma or academic translational leadership.
  • Experience with genomic data analysis and data integration across datasets.
  • Proven track record in biomarker development and clinical implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead translational plans from lead optimization through Phase II trials.
  • Oversee analysis of high-dimensional datasets to identify pharmacodynamic markers.
  • Partner with Clinical Development to implement biomarker assays in protocols.
  • Manage CROs and academic collaborators for assay development and data processing.
  • Represent Translational Science on program teams and contribute to regulatory documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for biomarker-driven trials.
  • Lead multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
