Qualifications
PhD in human genetics, quantitative genetics, computational biology, bioinformatics, or computer science.
Strong background in human genetics, statistical genetics, and/or computational biology.
Experience with genome and transcriptome sequencing datasets; excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across institutions.
Responsibilities
Direct collaborative research to determine functional impact of genomic variations.
Oversee functional genomics analyses in neuronal models, organoids, and CRISPR-edited systems.
Develop computational frameworks for integrating multi-omics data and interpreting molecular signatures.
