Qualifications

• Ability to build inclusive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine fellowship structure, timeline, and materials for cohorts.
• Support outreach, recruitment, and selection of Research and Community Fellows, manage reviews.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for fellows, mentors, and partner orgs.
• Track deliverables and milestones across the year for projects and summaries.
• Maintain cohort documentation for continuity across the three-year grant.
• Schedule invited speakers and arrange materials for meetings and events.
