Job summary

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy invites applications for 12-month tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant / Associate Professor level, with an anticipated Fall 2027 start date.

We seek researchers in translational drug discovery and development, pharmaceutics, pharmacology, targeted drug delivery and/or PKPD, pharmacogenomics, or related disciplines.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have an advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline.
• Evidence of outstanding scholarship and research productivity.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in research, teaching, and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an extramurally funded, nationally recognized research program.
• Contribute to teaching, advising, and mentoring PharmD, graduate, and undergraduate students.
• Collaborate with Translational Chemical Biology initiatives and cross-departmental centers.
