Responsibilities

• Participate in independent and ongoing research projects on host-microbiome interactions and validation of therapeutic candidates.
• Assist with general lab upkeep and day-to-day laboratory operations.
• Validate predicted protein-protein interactions involving cloning and molecular assays, and perform functional and cell-based assays.
• Work with recombinant protein expression and purification; option to support in vivo efficacy studies if applicable.
