The Center for Youth Services, Inc. is seeking a Transitional Navigator in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on re-engaging teens (14-19) at risk of dropping out and those involved with the juvenile justice system, addressing homelessness, and strengthening connections with supportive adults.

The Re-engaging Teens Restoring Justice Program will focus on youth ages 14-19, who have dropped out/ are at risk of dropping out of school, have been released from/ are participants in the juvenile justice system, are struggling with homelessness and food insecurity, and whose connections with meaningful adults are lacking.
Transitional Navigators are part of a community-based team and are assigned to a specific focus area including: school-based programs, runaway and homeless youth programs, teen court/juvenile justice programs, community engagement/teen empowerment or workforce/gun violence prevention programs.
Full time, 35 hours per week. 12-month position.
