St. John's United is seeking a Registered Nurse for Transitional Care in Billings, MT. The role involves hands-on nursing care, using the nursing process, and coordination with the rehab team to help patients reach maximum function.

Qualified candidates will have MT RN licensure, a nursing degree (bachelor’s preferred), CPR certification, and 3+ years of related experience. Certification in rehabilitation nursing within the first year is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Montana (MT).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Willing to obtain rehabilitation nursing certification within the first year of employment.
• CPR certification required.
• Three years’ related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate and deliver disease education for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to meet patient goals.
• Advocate for safety and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
• Attend mandatory safety trainings and maintain licensure.
