Cherry Creek Schools seeks a Transition Program paraeducator to support eligible students aged 18-21 in the Transition Program classroom, under the direction of a licensed staff member. You will assist with basic curriculum tasks, adapt instruction for individuals or small groups, reinforce learning, and help maintain discipline procedures.
