Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on programming experience with C, C#, and Python.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience working within Windows-based development environments.
  • Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers or similar embedded platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance embedded and application software for AFC devices and supporting systems.
  • Participate in the full software lifecycle, including architecture, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
  • Investigate software, hardware, and communication issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Support device implementation projects remotely and at customer sites.
  • Analyze diagnostic logs, system performance metrics, and operational data.
  • Execute validation and quality assurance testing to ensure system reliability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain technical specifications, test plans, and operational documentation.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as project needs require.
