Job summary
STV is looking for a Senior Engineering Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas. This role will guide operational strategy and implementation for transit and rail clients nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of public transit experience and be deeply knowledgeable about operations and maintenance. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, leading development of operational plans, and supporting major expansions.

Qualifications
- 25+ years of progressive experience in public transit operations.
- Senior-level leadership experience within a transit agency.
- Experience across Light Rail, Commuter Rail, Heavy Rail/Subway, and Bus Operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to transit agency clients.
- Lead development of Operations & Maintenance plans.
- Support testing & commissioning activities and operational readiness planning.
