Job summary

SRF Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Controls & Scheduling Manager to join our Minneapolis, MN and nearby offices, focusing on transportation projects such as Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail, and major road/bridge programs.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to grow the schedule team. You will lead schedules from concept through construction, supervise staff, and collaborate with group leadership to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in project controls and scheduling.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams.
• Experience with transportation projects (bus rapid transit, light rail, road/bridge).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage schedule team workload and growth.
• Develop schedules at all project levels (conceptual to construction).
• Maintain budgets for schedule work and client relationships.
• Support business development and pursue project opportunities.
• Lead and mentor staff.
