Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to headquarters in program evaluation, systems planning and data analysis, and assist grantees with policy guidance.
• Review and help develop FTA policies; participate in task forces to improve procedures.
• Advise grantees on operations, budgeting and planning solutions using specialized knowledge.
• Represent FTA in meetings with regional and HQ officials, and with state/local officials and operators.
• Participate in planning, grant development, project management and oversight activities.
