PMCS Group is seeking Construction Managers to support public agency capital programs in Northern California, focused on transit, municipal infrastructure, and public facilities. Roles may be on-site, with a blend of field and remote oversight, and some assignments may be part-time or short-term for project-based work.

Positions include responsibilities from pre-construction through closeout, representing the owner on site and coordinating with contractors, utilities, and agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CM for public works.
• Experience with transit or municipal projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Construction: lead kick-off meetings and organize project files.
• Construction Oversight: monitor site operations for contract compliance.
• Contract Admin & Project Controls: manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost control.
• Meetings, Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination: prepare agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Startup, Commissioning & Closeout: coordinate testing, startup, and final closeout.
• Maintain logs and records of work performed for payment.
