HRsmart is seeking a Claims Analyst for a Construction Project in Baltimore, MD. The role involves managing changes and claims through design, construction, and commissioning phases, coordinating with program teams to assess merit, mitigate risk, and resolve claims.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of experience, with strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hybrid work: 2–3 days in program office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain claims and early warnings’ register.
• Review alleged claims and perform initial triage and risk assessment.
• Track and report project claims and review project correspondence.
• Interface with contractor and stakeholders to gather details.
• Attend technical and commercial project working group meetings.
