Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Transportation Advisory Services intern with an interest in transportation, the environment, and infrastructure. You will assist projects, craft content for websites, emails, and social media, and help manage client events under guidance.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Planning or related field, with strong writing skills and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preference for MS Office and Adobe/Canva experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Planning or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication abilities with good business writing
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required or preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation for websites, videos, emails, social media, presentations, and client events.
• Support crafting collateral explaining technical content for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver integrated strategic communications for transportation clients.
