Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Trainer to lead the maintenance team responsible for inspection, repair, maintenance, and service of vehicles, facilities, and related systems. This role combines frontline supervision with hands-on technician training to onboard new staff and raise technical proficiency.

The successful candidate will drive safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards while supporting continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance/technical environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to read reports and documentation.
• Experience with maintenance software or fleet management/work order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance work and direct department employees.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and guidance to technicians to improve skills and safety.
• Onboard new maintenance staff on policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Identify training needs and schedule/ deliver training programs.
• Demonstrate repair techniques, diagnostic procedures, and inspection methods.
