Responsibilities include oversight of transfusion service operations, consultation on complex transfusion-related issues, participation in therapeutic apheresis services, and collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams.Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to medical education and scholarly activity, with experience in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
