Job summary

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field, or an associate degree with 7+ years transformer/substation experience.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience focused on transformer services or heavy industrial equipment.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of transformer service projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and third-party contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining communication and managing expectations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while developing contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and support cost-effective project delivery.
• Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the Services Division.
