Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State license in California, obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute and chronic care.
• Conduct in-office visits, testing center visits, and tele-health visits as needed.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during rounds and huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and pursue licensure/credentialing as required.
