Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, provides education services for K-12 students needing additional supports.

SESI partners with districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools, serving over 7,000 students nationwide. As a teacher with SESI, you will use data-driven instruction and CASE PBIS methods to drive student outcomes while collaborating with families and school teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or applicable teaching degree.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students with varying needs.
• Teach knowledge and skills while nurturing confidence and character.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans.
• Develop and maintain age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and rigor.
• Apply school behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and safety measures as needed.
• Track student growth and maintain required records and forms.
• Participate in daily school functions, conferences, meetings and trainings.
