Qualifications

• Active Ohio teaching license in the appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and supervise students in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify during the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Use research-based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Utilize approved curricula reflecting diverse backgrounds.
• Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms.
• Communicate with families regarding student academic and social-emotional growth.
• Incorporate technology to support learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in non-instructional activities as needed.
