Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Centers in Canton, GA seeks passionate math educators for after-school and weekend roles. Teach in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, with support from curriculum and instructional tools.

You will assess student progress, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. Flexible 3–5 days per week, with 3:30pm–7:30pm hours; prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through Algebra I.
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks.
• Applicants must take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment.
