Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state eNLC licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 and FBI fingerprint background checks required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Advocate for patients and continuously evaluate patient satisfaction.
• Participate in professional development and lifelong learning.
