Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, consulting, transformation, strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading or supporting business transformation programs.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, KPIs, and business case analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support strategic roadmaps across multiple business workstreams.
• Lead transformation initiatives using structured project management methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
• Develop project charters, plans, timelines, milestones, and governance materials.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Analyze business data, financial models, KPIs, and business cases to support decisions.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and strategic updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, align priorities, and drive consensus.
• Support change management, adoption planning, and organizational transition activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and outcomes.
