Humana’s Transformation Office partners with executives across the enterprise to further Humana’s strategy through transformation. The practice is a small team that leverages and promotes best-in-class tools and frameworks to increase agility across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic change. As a team member, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Transformation Office include defining and advancing Governance, Metrics & Reporting, Value Management, Delivery Execution, Communications, and Change Management.
The Transformation Office Lead will work with company leaders at all levels to report progress, provide strategy execution consulting, and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to deliver performance results. You will own at least one core enterprise process and oversee the implementation of internal projects and processes.
Preferred locations are Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area); Chicago, IL; and New York, NY. The team operates on a hybrid model (about 3 days in-office). Fully remote options will be considered case-by-case.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This includes potential bonuses based on performance and individual contributions.
