Humana’s Transformation Office partners with executives across the enterprise to further Humana’s strategy through transformation. The practice is a small team that leverages and promotes best in class tools and frameworks to increase agility across the enterprise in planning and executing strategic change. As a team member, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Transformation Office include Governance, Metrics & Reporting, Value Management, Delivery Execution, Communications, and Change Management. Humana is seeking a Transformation Office Lead who will work with company leaders at all levels of the enterprise to define and advance these areas.
The Transformation Office Lead will also report progress to strategy leadership and the executive team. The Transformation Office Lead will be accountable to provide strategy execution consulting and direction on multiple initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to deliver desired performance results.
*As a Transformation Office Lead you will own at least one core enterprise process and oversee implementation of internal projects and processes.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
