Coordinates governance routines and cross-project delivery activities to maintain alignment to scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments. Develops change and transition plans covering stakeholder impacts, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement to minimize operational disruption. Guides transition execution including cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare coordination, and stabilization activities to support operational integration. Evaluates interdependencies, risks, financial tracking, and performance metrics and recommends mitigation actions and course corrections to sustain delivery continuity. Advises decision-makers on risk and dependency impacts to accelerate decisions and protect delivery commitments.
