Hewlett Packard Co. is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive AI and automation across North America Print. You will convert the transformation agenda into outcomes by synthesizing data, testing hypotheses, and redesigning processes to accelerate planning and executive decision-making.

The role involves leading large cross-functional projects, managing a complex backlog, and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Planning to deliver measurable benefits.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in data analytics or related field.
• Programming language certification (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred.

It removes manual, repetitive, and reconciliation-heavy work and improves the speed and quality of planning and executive decision-making through AI, automation, and process redesign. The role leads large, cross-functional projects and collaborates across businesses to align strategy with organizational goals. Responsibilitieso Own the transformation backlog. Identify, size, prioritize, and sequence opportunities across Category, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Worldwide Planning, and Business Management Systems, applying portfolio frameworks to evaluate and manage a diverse set of initiatives.o Lead Take Work Out initiatives. Quantify effort removed, cycle time reduced, and error rates improved.o Redesign recurring workflows across forecast, outlook, commit, reporting, and operating-review cycles. Apply the stop, simplify, standardize, automate, delegate sequence before recommending new tooling.o Modernize executive reporting and decision support, including dashboard rationalisation and standardised narrative and bridge generation.o Drive AI and Copilot adoption where it improves decision quality, speed, or consistency. Recommend against AI where the underlying process is broken or unnecessary.o Establish measurement and evidence. Structure the analytical approach, baseline the current state, define expected benefit, and evidence delivered results.o Lead large, cross-functional initiatives end to end. Define objectives, deliverables, guidelines, and contingency plans; manage stakeholders and communications across businesses, functions, and regions to align direction and ensure timely delivery.o Advise and sustain.
