Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Transformation Delivery Senior Analyst in a hybrid, United States-based role. You will support delivery across defined workstreams, maintain RAID logs and action registers, and coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, and familiarity with Jira or Planview to manage and report on project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and action registers, ensuring information is accurate, current, and actionable.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies.
  • Actively monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns early with supporting analysis and recommended actions.
  • Prepare project materials including status updates, working level presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Support change adoption activities by assisting with communications, readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Apply standard project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) with increasing independence.
  • Rapidly ramp up on new initiatives, synthesizing information into clear execution artifacts.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Enterprise Transformation team, the Transformation Delivery Senior Analyst supports the delivery of business and technology initiatives by partnering closely with senior project and program leads. The role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and structured project management support across defined workstreams or smaller initiatives. This position is well‑suited for an individual who is building a strong foundation in project management fundamentals, stakeholder engagement, and delivery discipline, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and learning‑oriented environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to ramp up quickly on new initiatives while contributing meaningfully to outcome delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
