The Opportunity

The Enterprise and Finance & Technology Transformation Office seeks a Senior Communications & Engagement Manager to lead portfolio-wide end user engagement for current and future transformation initiatives. This role will drive the strategy, coordination, and delivery of clear, compelling, multi‑channel communications that help global end users understand changes, adopt new tools & processes, and stay engaged throughout complex transformations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller, exceptional collaborator, and operationally strong communicator who can translate technical, programmatic, and process‑heavy content into narratives that are accessible, engaging, and actionable for global audiences.

What You'll Do
Strategic Communications Leadership
  • Set the standard for communications for transformation programs, including repeatable processes and frameworks to scale across all programs and releases.
  • Build and own a unified, portfolio‑level communications strategy aligned to leadership priorities, program release timelines, and change impacts.
  • Orchestrate the coordinated communication strategy and calendar across multiple concurrent transformations and ensure all updates are accurate and timely.
End‑User Communications & Engagement
  • Develop and deliver persona‑based end user communications that simplify complex changes, highlight benefits, and ensure users know what is changing, when, and what is required of them.
  • Create materials that enable a consistent and scalable experience across global audiences.
  • Lead production of global in‑person and virtual events, including storyline flow, content creation, and digital experience design to amplify program awareness and readiness.
  • Employ multiple engaging vehicles and channels such as SharePoint sites & hubs, team meetings, Slack and Teams channels for targeted nudges and micro‑campaigns, meeting users where they are.
  • Leverage AI and Adobe tools such as Express, Firefly, Illustrator, and Creative Cloud for visual storytelling.
Metrics & Optimization
  • Define and track benchmarks for communications effectiveness (open rates, engagement, comprehension surveys, attendance, adoption analytics).
  • Use metrics and feedback loops to continuously refine the communications approach.
  • Provide leaders with insights that influence business decisions and improve end‑user engagement.
What You Need To Succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, or Employee Engagement, ideally within large‑scale transformation programs.
  • Strong visual and written communication skills; ability to compose polished deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite and Office365.
  • Expertise in producing large‑scale events, virtual roadshows, or engagement experiences.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse groups.
