Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~5 years of related experience.
• Graduate degree with ~4 years of related experience.
• ~3+ years of consulting experience, including client service delivery, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and client-ready recommendations.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and client delivery.
• ~3+ years leading workstreams or small teams, including planning, status reporting, issue/risk management, stakeholder updates, and quality review.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate meetings, synthesize inputs, translate business needs into work plans, and maintain delivery momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive transformation initiatives within EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice.
• Contribute to design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
• Work in either TAD Business or TAD Technology Strategy to broaden experience while specializing.
• Partner with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
• Support governance, risk management, and client-ready recommendations.
