Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Transfer Driver to join our mobile operations, transporting equipment between centers and the repair shop while maintaining accurate logs and completing paperwork on the go.

The role requires a current driver’s license, the ability to use mobile transfer apps, and eligibility for DOT certification sponsorship if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and ready for on-site work in Garland, Texas.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to use mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification eligible for sponsorship by U-Haul, if required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Willingness to assist in additional areas as directed by supervisor.
