Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Transfer Driver to move equipment between centers and repair shops. You will use U-Haul’s tools to document receipts, perform vehicle checks, and maintain logs. Training is provided and there is room for growth in a large fleet environment.

Eligible applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be capable of using mobile transfer platforms; a DOT certification can be sponsored by the company. This role offers benefits and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to use mobile transfer programs.
• DOT certification if required—can be sponsored by U-Haul.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Team members may assist in additional areas as needed under supervision.
