Job summary

Ryder is urgently hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Wichita, KS — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with home daily time and comprehensive company benefits, uniforms, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Pass Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months in last 3 years, OR 2 years in last 5 years, OR 5 years in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs; other tasks as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Hourly Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
• Home Time: Local - Home Daily
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 AM

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
