Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing or related discipline required.
• Five years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred in a multi-hospital system.
• Critical Care or Emergency Room nursing experience required.
• Registered Nurse license for WA upon hire.
• Equivalent related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree.

As our Transfer Center Nurse, you will help patients and their families navigate the complex transfer process so they can receive timely and appropriate care.

Every day you will coordinate patient transfers between facilities and external healthcare providers. You will be expected to assess patient needs, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and ensure a smooth transition of care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Bachelors Other Nursing or related discipline and five years of progressively responsible related work experience, that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills and abilities preferably in a multi-hospital system, upon hire and
