Job summary

DESRI seeks a talented transactional attorney to join a small, inclusive team supporting a portfolio of solar, battery and wind projects. You will advise on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and other lifecycle transactions, drafting and negotiating documents while supervising outside counsel when needed.

Three years of corporate law/transactional experience, excellent judgment, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Renewable energy experience is a plus.
