Sora Resource Group is pursuing an Associate Attorney to join its revered Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, TX. You will handle sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for experience and client focus.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school with exceptional academics, are admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, and bring 2–4 years of transactional real estate experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic, business-oriented legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transaction documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic legal advice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving institutional clients.
