Holland & Knight's California offices has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-6 years of transactional experience that should include responsibility for complex real estate and/or corporate transactions. The role is transactional, related to mixed‑use developments, and involves significant drafting, including carrying complex concepts through multiple documents. A writing sample reflecting competency in complex transactional drafting is required. A background in mixed‑use or residential development and/or hospitality is strongly preferred. Admission to practice in CA, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and detailed and technically proficient writing skills are also essential. Ideally, this position will be filled in our San Francisco office, but we are also considering candidates for our Century City, Downtown Los Angeles, and Newport Beach offices. This position will only be filled in California. In accordance with the applicable Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in California is $260,000 - $390,000/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
