Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Practice Group across Emerging Companies, SEC/Public Company, and Technology Transactions.
• Collaborate on M&A, venture capital, and IP-related matters with guidance and training.
• Provide counsel on licensing, due diligence, and commercial agreements as part of transactional teams.
