Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including real estate leases, M&A docs, and land use agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence related to acquisitions, real estate development, and corporate transactions.
• Structure and close transactions efficiently while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Development, and Executive Leadership to align legal strategies with business goals.
