Corporate & Real Estate Attorney (Muskegon Office)

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate & Real Estate Attorney to join our Muskegon office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in areas such as M&A, negotiating and drafting real estate, corporate, and commercial agreements, and corporate governance and compliance. The candidate must demonstrate an interest in and aptitude for business development. Candidates must also have excellent drafting and communication skills and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan.
