Job summary

ManpowerGroup in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Transaction Processing Associate to join the Operations team. You will research, analyze, and update consumer information, process case maintenance transactions, and determine eligibility for medical expenses within program guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a college degree and experience in eligibility or transaction processing, with strong typing (40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• College Degree and experience in Eligibility Determination or Transaction Processing preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with standard software and PC systems, or willingness to be trained
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Transaction Processing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
