Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions close on time. You will be the primary contact for customers through the settlement process and collaborate with title companies to drive timely closings.

You should have 2+ years in settlement/title, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong MS Office skills. This fully remote role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, nationwide real estate

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed quickly for on-market timing
• Serve as dedicated contact for customers through settlement
• Review contracts/settlement statements and enter into CRM
• Coordinate with title companies to ensure timely settlements
• Assist with property marketing, listings, and staging
• Collaborate with construction to ensure project readiness before listing
• Assist expansion into new markets
• Sign closing documents

Job description

House Buyers of America is looking for a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure all acquisitions and dispositions go to settlement in a timely manner.

What you will do:

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to ensure properties get on market quickly
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly
• Manage relationships with title companies and ensure that all settlements are being processed timely
• Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties
• Partner with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed prior to listing
• Assist House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets
• Sign closing documents

About You:

• You have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
• You have a High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• You have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• You thrive on working in a fast-paced environment

Total Compensation Range: $50,000-$75,000/year inclusive of base and bonus
