Job summary

Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) offers an internship in the Transactions Services Group, providing a collaborative, inclusive environment to build technical and interpersonal skills on live projects and client work.

You will learn financial due diligence, gain exposure to KSM’s offerings, and receive mentorship while expanding your network and professional opportunities within a top US advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Working toward an Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• GPA of at least 3.0.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with client personnel in various industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn financial due diligence skills, including Databook creation, financial analysis, transaction execution, and industry knowledge.
• Gain understanding of KSM’s products and services.
• Receive mentorship from a full-time Associate and build a professional network.
• Participate in networking and social events to explore career opportunities.

Position Summary:

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Working towards an Undergraduate orMaster’s Degree inAccounting or Finance
• Outstanding students with a minimum overall GPA of a 3.0
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in variousindustries
• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
