Job summary

Weaver is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our growing firm. The role focuses on strategic development of transaction structures and performing financial due diligence for deals ranging from small to large.

You will lead engagement teams, review datarooms, and prepare client-ready deliverables with a focus on earnings and cash flow improvements. Required qualifications include a CPA, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and 5+ years in transaction advisory or M&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA is required.
• 5+ years in transaction advisory/financial due diligence or M&A transactions.
• Advanced understanding of GAAP accounting literature.
• Experience with PE due diligence and pro forma financial information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute transaction structures and financial due diligence.
• Identify issues affecting purchase price, deal structure or termination.
• Review databooks and reports; prepare client-ready deliverables.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure engagement quality and timelines.
