Position Summary:
MarshBerry is seeking a Transaction Advisory Intern for Summer 2027, based in either our Beachwood OH, Grand Rapids MI, or Plano TX offices. The Transaction Advisory Intern will support buy-side transaction advisory, including pre-LOI vetting, quality of earnings analysis, working capital calculations, financial due diligence, and operational risk assessments. The Intern will also fulfill ad hoc data and research requests.
