Baker Tilly is seeking an Intern in the Transaction Advisory practice to gain hands-on experience on meaningful engagements. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals across industries and engage with diverse clients from private to multi-national firms.

You will learn from mentors in an open work environment, developing skills in analysis, problem-solving and client service. This internship supports growth and networking within Baker Tilly’s advisory teams.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled as a full-time student, with a preference for accounting majors.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Suite skills required.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries.
• Excellent written/verbal communications and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding academic performance.
• Be available to travel as needed for client projects.
• Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee.
• Must have a current offer with Baker Tilly (formerly Berkowitz Pollack Brant)
