Job summary

Amazon's Security team is seeking a Security Training Specialist to own the security education and awareness program for a U.S. Government project building a classified AI Factory. You will create indoctrination, annual refresher, and specialized briefings while tracking completions and NDAs.

The role requires US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with polygraph, and you will collaborate with government security counterparts to raise the bar on secure practices and curriculum approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing training content including instructor-led materials, job aids and other resources
• 3+ years of security training or security education program experience.
• Knowledge of ICD 704 training requirements and classified-handling procedures.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Amazon's Security team is looking for a Security Training Specialist to own the security education and awareness program for a U.S. Government program building a classified AI Factory. In this role you build and deliver initial indoctrination, annual refresher, and specialized briefings — courier, foreign travel, insider threat, and information-systems security — and you keep the record of truth for completions, acknowledgments, and non-disclosure agreements. You will partner with program security officers, personnel security, and our Government counterparts, submitting curricula for approval and continually raising the bar on how a cleared workforce understands and lives its security responsibilities. If you like turning dense security policy into training that sticks, this role is for you.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing training content including instructor-led materials, job aids and other resources

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
