Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician Training Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on training and supporting new and current aestheticians through hands‑on and classroom instruction. The ideal candidate has strong skincare knowledge, enjoys teaching others, and ensures consistent service quality and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Training & Education

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering skincare techniques, aesthetic treatments, product knowledge, and safety protocols
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and workshops for new hires
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill competency and consistency
• Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory standards to keep training materials up to date

Curriculum & Materials Development

• Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and instructional materials
• Design competency assessments, certifications, and refresher training programs
• Customize training to align with company standards, brand protocols, and service offerings

Compliance & Safety

• Reinforce infection control, sanitation, and client safety practices
• Monitor adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards during training sessions

Performance Coaching & Development

• Observe aestheticians in practice and provide ongoing mentorship and corrective coaching
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted improvement plans
• Track training progress and maintain accurate records, certifications, and documentation

Client Experience Excellence

• Train staff on client consultations, communication, and customer service best practices
• Promote professionalism, empathy, and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Current Aesthetician License (required)
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in aesthetics, including advanced skincare treatments
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or education (preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Experience with technologies such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, and high-frequency devices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, online training platforms)
